Health & Wellbeing

We have a Mental Health & Wellbeing partnership with Assure Programs to provide employee assistance to our caregivers and their immediate family members. The Employee Assistance Program offers free confidential practical, solution-focused support for a wide range of problems that may be affecting you. As a quality provider, who predominantly use only qualified and registered psychologists to deliver their services, we feel Assure Programs are best placed to support the mental health and wellbeing of our biggest asset: our people.

Employees can access Assures’ broad range of wellbeing services are available to you at no cost. All services are free and confidential with no identifying information given back to the organisation. These services are designed to help you improve your health and wellbeing, resolve any personal, family or work-related concerns and assist you in reaching your goals.

Flu Vaccination is free to all staff. 

Please note: Staff 65 years and over are asked to speak to their GP to arrange a vaccination.
