Patients utilising the Uber service can be dropped off or picked up from the main entrances of both Hospital Campuses (Pimlico and Hyde Park).

The Townsville Community Flyer offers a door-to-door transport service. The service has been developed for seniors who are unable to get to their appointments, due to lack of transport. The program also supports disabled/disadvantaged people who have difficulty using public transport.
The TOTTS Community Flyer can also take you to the Hospital for your general health needs, including:

- Doctor visits
- Specialist visits
- Visiting friends and family
