Organisational development and Learning

We recognise the importance of investing in our staff.  The Organisational Development Team, along with the People and Culture Team, work together to identify and provide education, training and development on a wide range of topics.  Some of the strategies and programs we are currently working on include:

  • Development of organisation-wide competency framework
  • Staff engagement and wellbeing programs
  • Legislative and compliance training
  • Clinical and non-clinical training
  • Professional development
  • Relationships with education partners (e.g. Universities, Mater Education)
  • Induction, orientation
  • Talent programs, including succession planning
